Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Team management of the equipment department
- Ensure that the equipment used by Keller is maintained at the best possible cost to guarantee its reliability, conformity and availability.
- Establish and monitor the overall maintenance budget
- To finalize an investment plan
- Guarantee the framework of the maintenance policy
- Ensure the purchasing policy is followed in collaboration with the buyer
- Participates in the development and innovation of the equipment fleet.
- Ensure the monitoring of parts and the maintenance of equipment
- Advice and training for equipment users to improve equipment use and prevent breakages and malfunctions.
- Manage and optimize the work organization of the equipment department teams.
- Ensures the planning of the delivery of materials to the construction site and manages the transport service
- Manages the quality process and the performance indicators for the equipment service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holder of a BAC+05 in mechanical specialty/sub-specialty: Electromechanical, mechanical
- Experience in the field (minimum 2 years)
