Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the allocation, utilization, and tracking of all company equipment across multiple project sites.

  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment in line with project schedules and operational requirements.

  • Arrange and monitor transportation logistics for equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure all equipment complies with ADNOC standards and project specifications.

  • Handle processing and renewal of CICPA passes for equipment, operators, and drivers as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, movement logs, certifications, and maintenance schedules.

  • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for equipment servicing, repairs, and replacement.

  • Monitor equipment performance and utilization to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with site teams, vendors, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare reports on equipment status, utilization, and operational efficiency for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Equipment Coordinator or in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in handling CICPA pass processing and documentation is mandatory.

  • Good understanding of equipment management systems and logistics coordination.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and equipment tracking software.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
