Job Title : Equipment Coordinator

Location : Saudi Arabia

Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Relevant Experience)

Preferred Nationality : Indian

• We are looking for an experienced Equipment Coordinator to manage, schedule, and monitor construction/industrial equipment across project sites. The role involves ensuring optimal equipment utilization, timely maintenance, and coordination with site teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, and allocate equipment to project sites as per requirements.
• Maintain records of equipment movement, availability, and utilization.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with workshop teams.
• Liaise with site engineers, foremen, and project managers for equipment needs.
• Monitor equipment downtime and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for hiring, servicing, and replacement of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly equipment reports for management.

Requirements :

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Equipment Coordinator / Equipment Controller.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and plant operations.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Previous Gulf experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia.
