Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and allocate equipment to project sites as per requirements
- Maintain records of equipment movement, availability, and utilization
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with workshop teams
- Liaise with site engineers, foremen, and project managers for equipment needs
- Monitor equipment downtime and support cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors for hiring, servicing, and replacement of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare daily/weekly equipment reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Equipment Coordinator / Equipment Controller
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and plant operations
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Previous Gulf experience is an added advantage
- Willing to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia
