Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate equipment to project sites as per requirements
  • Maintain records of equipment movement, availability, and utilization
  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with workshop teams
  • Liaise with site engineers, foremen, and project managers for equipment needs
  • Monitor equipment downtime and support cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors for hiring, servicing, and replacement of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Prepare daily/weekly equipment reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as Equipment Coordinator / Equipment Controller
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, machinery, and plant operations
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
  • Previous Gulf experience is an added advantage
  • Willing to relocate from India to Saudi Arabia
