Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
He manages all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, supervises specialized service providers, ensures regulatory and HSE compliance, and contributes to energy performance as well as the reliability of technical data in BIM and CMMS tools.
Comp tences techniques
- Maintenance of utilities and technical equipment (HVAC, electricity, fluid networks, energy).
- Management of maintenance contracts and oversight of service providers.
- Knowledge of regulatory and HSE requirements.
- My proficiency with CMMS tools and basic BIM concepts.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and energy audits
Behavioral skills
- Analytical mind and diagnostic skills.
- Rigour, organisational skills and reliability.
- Technical leadership and ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- R activity and management of critical situations.
- Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
