Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensures that equipments are in working condition. Keeping supplies inventory and records updated. Checks and maintains laboratory statistics available for smooth running of the department



Manages and monitor the delivery follow-up of the equipments and supplies required for smooth running of laboratory.
Ensures and updates database on equipment and supplies of reagents and consumables.
Maintain the supplies needed for the laboratory by updating the status of suppliers and coordinate with the Purchasing Dept.
Do the material requisition on time, follow-up of purchase orders and receiving of supplies
Submitting invoices on time to Purchasing Dept. for financial settlement.
Assists in providing statistical data required for laboratory services.
Monitors, receive and distribute proficiency testing samples to their respective sections with the aid of Laboratory Quality officer.
Receives general supply for the laboratory and ensures they are within the expiration dates and stored properly in optimal temperature storage.
Performs any other related duties as directed by the Head of the Department

Minimum of two years? experience in similar function.
Knowledgeable in computer / word processor programs
B.Sc. in Medical Sciences or in related field
