Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment malfunctions, diagnosing issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system repairs, replacing faulty components and restoring equipment functionality.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to meet precise operational standards and maintain accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional technical certifications highly preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Hold relevant certifications such as those from the Association for Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) or similar, showcasing expertise.
- Experience within the manufacturing, construction, or related industries is advantageous, providing industry-specific knowledge.
