Roles & Responsibilities


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Track and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities to grow the organization business.

2. Align with Internal and external stakeholders for the development and launch of new enhancements to the market.

3. Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.

4. Manage the feasibility studies, requirement documentation, project implementation, market research and benchmark for new initiatives.

5. Manage the business development plans, design and implement processes to support business growth.

6. Manage new market initiatives, assess new markets and business opportunities.

7. Establish and managing strategic business development partnerships.

8. Facilitate business growth by working together with clients, regulators as well as business partners.

9. Manage different stakeholder s expectations regarding potential services in an effort to guarantee their buy-in.

10. Participate in industry and sales meetings to provide recommendations and inputs on business strategies.

11. Support the sales team in new products and services launches.

12. Build market awareness plans in alignment with the Sales team to support the impact of the new products and services on the market efficiently and transparently.

13. Drive and update the company new products and services pricing on regular basis, based on Business needs.

14. Manage product development and competitive positioning.

15. Develop business cases and proposals for new products and services..

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage and control the unit s projects to ensure project cycle completion and commitment to the company s guidelines and quality.

2. Guide, and assist employees by direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.

3. Oversee and manage all the unit s staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

4. Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate team(s), and offer regular feedback on performance.

5. Comply with communication and information sharing/handling policy to ensure confidentiality of information and comply with all relevant risk and information security procedures to ensure operating within the acceptable risk levels.

6. Manage the development and implementation of the unit s policies, procedures, and processes covering all areas of the unit s activities to ensure the fulfillment of all work requirements.

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes throughout the unit in order to achieve the company s operational excellence.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Certifications

A bachelor s degree in Engineering, Financial, Business, Marketing, Administration Management, or equivalent is required

A Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) or equivalent is preferred

Knowledge and Experience

6 + years of experience in the financial industry with relevant work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a Managerial position.

Experience in Financial sector (capital market & Banking) and Knowledge in the clearing business.

Experience in product /business development or related field.

Skills Required

Knowledge with clearing and capital market business.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in sales, marketing, business development or related field.

Ability to manage complex initiatives and multi-task.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Proven record of accomplishment of handling similar role.
