Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute equity trades on behalf of clients and the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and manage risk exposure.
  • Analyze financial statements, company performance, and industry developments to inform trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers to develop and refine equity trading strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and market activity for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates on market conditions and trade execution.
  • Utilize trading platforms and tools to optimize order execution and minimize transaction costs.
  • Participate in daily market briefings and contribute insights to the trading team.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance, risk management, and ethical standards in trading activities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve trading processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
