Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of erectors, ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with other site leaders to ensure timely and accurate erection of structures.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards, conducting safety briefings and inspections to prevent accidents.
Monitor the quality of work, address any issues that arise on-site, and ensure all structural components are installed correctly and aligned with project requirements.
