Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitating the network of PRAP (Prevention of Risks related to Physical Activity) stakeholders
Organize and lead weekly follow-up meetings (mapping, progress, validation of analyses)
Update the tracking system (ergonomics network)
Verify the mappings and define with the HSE managers the number of positions to analyze
Conducting, validating and correcting ergonomic analyses (production, service sector)
Develop and monitor, in coordination with HSE & PRAP stakeholders, the action plan for identified ergonomic risks (red risks)
Participate in field trials of the proposed solutions
Organize awareness sessions according to the target audience and objective
develop teaching materials and lead training sessions
Participating in development or optimization projects that incorporate an ergonomic dimension
Participate in the development of specifications for new projects, taking into account the ergonomic dimension.
Participate in the internal audit as a sponsor of the ergonomics standard
Contribute to HSE days and other internal awareness-raising events
Consolidate ergonomics-related data (analyses, red risks, action plans, etc.)
Prepare monthly reports for the HSE system manager
Prepare quarterly reports for the various companies present on campus.
