Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ERP system, with a focus on creating and maintaining item master data for projects, processing material requests, and supporting ERP operations. This role requires effective collaboration with various teams to ensure the ERP system operates efficiently, data accuracy is maintained, and project needs are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Item Master Management:

o Create ERP codes and input data into the item master for projects.

o Maintain and update the item master list in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

2.Material Requests Management:

o Process material requests in the ERP system for project requirements and production orders.

o Ensure timely and accurate documentation of material orders in the ERP system.

3.System Maintenance:

o Support the overall maintenance and functionality of the ERP system, focusing on data accuracy and compliance.

4. Coordination with Teams:

o Collaborate with the design and planning teams to validate and create new item

codes.

o Ensure smooth communication and coordination to address material and ERP-

related needs.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

o Generate regular reports on item master updates, material requests, and ERP

system activities.

o Document processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies


KRAs and KPIs:

1. ERP Code and Item Master Management:

o KPI: Timely and accurate creation of ERP item codes and updates to the item

master.

2. Material Request Processing:

o KPI: Timely and accurate processing of material requests for project and production

orders.

3. System and Data Accuracy:

o KPI: Maintain 100% accuracy in ERP data and ensure smooth system operations.

4. Team Collaboration:

o KPI: Effective collaboration with design and planning teams to meet project

timelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any stream.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar job roles, preferably in the aluminium or

manufacturing industry.

Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, strong coordination and communication skills, attention to

detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
