Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop or customize ERP software to fit a company s needs.
Integrate the ERP system with other existing software programs to ensure smooth data flow.
Build new applications to address specific business needs.
Integrate these applications with the existing ERP system or other software.
Troubleshoot user issues with the ERP system and custom applications. This might involve resolving bugs, addressing functionality problems, and providing workarounds.
Offer training and guidance to users on how to effectively utilize the applications for their daily tasks. This can involve creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and answering user questions.
Identify and diagnose technical issues that might impact the system s performance or data integrity.
Implement bug fixes and updates to maintain the stability and security of the applications.
Develop and implement robust data models and reporting solutions using SQL and Power BI.
Create and maintain custom applications and integrations using Power Apps.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience.
Excellent English language skills.
Proven experience in ERP implementation and development, with a strong preference for SAP ERP Systems.
Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Power Apps, C++.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
