About the Role

Haji Hassan Group is seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our ERP team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business process reviews, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that ERP implementation aligns with the Group’s operational needs. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business operations with technology and ensuring smooth ERP adoption and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal business process reviews across all HHG divisions to identify and document similarities and variations in operational workflows.
  • Perform detailed gap and variation analysis between existing HHG business processes and corresponding ERP functionalities.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to streamline and unify business processes, reducing ERP customization requirements without affecting operational efficiency.
  • Act as the owner and representative of HHG business processes during ERP implementation and post go-live, ensuring any system modifications are necessary and beneficial.
  • Participate in and support the Change Management Process throughout and after the ERP implementation project.
  • Take part in Change Control Board meetings, providing well-justified recommendations for the approval or rejection of process deviations and system change requests.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a formal ERP Change Management Procedure to ensure ongoing process alignment and minimize unnecessary deviations across divisions.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and manage the submission of system change requests to the ERP vendor or internal IT for development and deployment.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all ERP-related system changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with business requirements, and proper sign-off prior to deployment and after Go-Live.
  • Apply the above principles to all types of system development and enhancement activities, ensuring continuous improvement and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in designing, mapping, and documenting business operations processes, including production, quality control, procurement, inventory management, sales & CRM, and maintenance management.
  • Familiarity with different manufacturing methods such as Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order.
  • Hands-on experience with leading ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or EPICOR.
  • Knowledge of EPICOR Kinetic Cloud is a strong advantage.
