Analysis and requirements gathering: Analyze business processes to determine ERP system needs and gather requirements from various departments.

• Implementation and customization: Configure, customize, and implement ERP solutions, including developing user-friendly interfaces and integrating the system with other applications.
• System management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including performing diagnostic tests, resolving issues, and managing user access and security.
• Upgrades and maintenance: Manage system upgrades, patches, and installations to ensure the system is up-to-date and performing optimally.
• Support and Training: Provide first level support, Troubleshoot technical problems and train end users on how to use the system effectively.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain system documentation and create reports based on ERP Data to help with analysis and decision making.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas like finance, HR, and supply chain management.
• Technical skills, including experience with system configuration, customization, and potentially programming or scripting.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• An educational background in a related field like computer science, IT.
