Job Purpose:

To enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Accounting Services team by providing system support, managing configurations, ensuring smooth integration with third-party platforms, and serving as a key link between finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal help desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations).

• Manage system configurations and troubleshoot user issues.

• Ensure the proper functionality of Management Reporter and generate financial reports.

• Roll out and support new system functionalities (e.g., tax, fixed assets).

• Coordinate with IT for system fixes, customizations, and issue resolution.

• Support integrations with third-party financial systems, including e-invoicing.

• Conduct user training and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.

• 2 5 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
