Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and support activities.

  • Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into system solutions.

  • Coordinate with business users to gather functional requirements and process flows.

  • Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue tracking.

  • prepare SOPs, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.

  • Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities.

  • Conduct end-user training and system walkthrough sessions.

  • Assist in preparing project status reports and implementation updates.

  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, changes, and support tickets.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

  • Knowledge of functional modules such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or CRM is an advantage.

  • Basic technical understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, or integrations preferred.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good documentation and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms will be an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP support, business applications, or techno-functional consulting.

  • Freshers with strong academic background and ERP knowledge may also apply.


    • Internship/project experience in ERP or digital transformation projects is preferred.

      Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP consulting.

      Strong attention to detail.

      Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

      Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

      Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
