ERP Head Luxridge Building Contracting LLC

We are looking for an experienced ERP Head to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP systems across our construction and contracting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ERP implementation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve system issues immediately. An accounting/finance background with deep understanding of construction workflows is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, customization, testing, and go-live support. Manage and administer ERP platforms such as ePROMIS, Zoho, SAP, and Oracle. Act as the single point of contact for ERP-related issues and ensure quick resolution with minimal business disruption. Understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Integrate ERP modules including Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Inventory, Project Costing, Contracts, HR & Payroll. Work closely with Accounts, Projects, Procurement, QS, Planning, and Stores teams to streamline processes. Ensure accurate project cost control, budgeting, billing, and financial reporting through ERP. Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security. Train end users and provide continuous support and documentation. Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams. Drive process improvement, automation, and system upgrades. Ensure ERP compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
