Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify and resolve ERP system issues, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.

  • Manage daily operations of the ERP system.

  • Configure ERP modules according to company processes.

  • Maintain user access, security roles, and system performance.

  • Participate in ERP implementation, customization, and upgrades

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically in implementation, configuration, and support, showcasing deep technical expertise.

  • Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) to validate proficiency and understanding of industry-standard practices.

  • Experience in a specific industry such as manufacturing, finance, or healthcare, providing valuable insights into sector-specific ERP needs.
