Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Analyze client business processes and recommend ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.
2-Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
3- Prepare product demonstrations (demos)
4- Preparing Presentations
5- Collaborating with Internal Teams
6- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems post-implementation.
7- Preparing Technical Documents
8- Analyze competitor products
9- Training and Technical Support
10- Contributing to Product Development
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. in Accounting; Minimum 5 years in similar positions preferably; Strong working knowledge of financial systems; Mastering Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) is essential.
- Excellent pre-sales technical skills.
- Experience working on ERP Systems
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent professional writing and speaking skills are required; Communicating in written & spoken English is required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
