ERP Integration Manager careem

We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across core business domains.

The architect will partner with engineering, product and other business function to define scalable solutions and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for new modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Design and optimize integrations between D365 and internal systems using APIs, middleware, data lake and event-driven patterns.
• Oversee development teams in implementing extensions, ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct technical reviews, performance assessments, and provide guidance on data model design, error handling, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to validate feasibility, resolve gaps, and shape rollout plans.
• Ensure strong DevOps, testing, and release practices for D365 components.
• Serve as subject matter expert for D365 F&O, staying updated on latest capabilities, features, and roadmap.
• Support change management, cutover planning, and hypercare for major releases.

What You'll Need

• 8 - 10+ years in ERP engineering or architecture, with deep hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail operations within D365.
• Expertise in integrations (Azure services, APIs, message buses, real-time, Data lake & batch processing).
• Proficiency in X++, data entities, extensions, and customization best practices.
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture principles, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
