Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support daily ERP system activities to ensure efficient performance
Input, update, and maintain accurate data within the system
Assist users by addressing basic ERP-related questions and issues
Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and consistent data flow
Prepare basic reports and support data analysis tasks
Monitor data quality and flag discrepancies
Participate in system testing and support the rollout of updates or new modules
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
0 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into system actions
Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow direction
Basic knowledge of SQL, data mapping, or reporting is a plus but not required
