Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to assess and understand their ERPNext implementation requirements and objectives.

  • Provide expert support during the ERPNext implementation phase, ensuring smooth data migration, system configuration, and user training.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext deployments in a timely manner.

  • Conduct regular system audits and maintain ERP functionality by monitoring performance, issues, and user satisfaction.

  • Document processes, configurations, and user guides to enhance team knowledge and user experience.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERPNext features based on feedback and changing business needs.

  • Provide on-site support and training to clients in Saudi Arabia as required.

  • Stay updated with ERPNext upgrades and industry best practices to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and maintenance, specifically with ERPNext or similar ERP systems.

  • Proven experience in data migration, system setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support those processes.

  • Experience with SQL databases, report generation, and user training.

  • Desired Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and work in on-site client environments as needed.
