Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and minimal disruption.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements from various departments to align ERP solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide expert-level ERP system support, troubleshooting issues, and offering timely resolutions to end-users across the organization.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower users and maximize ERP system adoption and proficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 0-1 years of hands-on experience in ERP system administration, implementation, and support; experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
Experience working in the manufacturing, retail, or healthcare industries, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific ERP requirements.
