Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily ERP operations including data entry and process updates
Maintain accurate records in ERP related to purchase, sales, inventory, and accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve ERP-related issues
Generate regular reports and MIS for management review
Monitor system processes and ensure compliance with company procedures
Assist in ERP system implementation, upgrades, and testing
Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes
Provide basic user support and training to employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Applications, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years of experience in ERP operations or process executive role
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / Odoo ERP or similar
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
