We are recruiting on behalf of our partner, the IT/IS subsidiary of a leading national group operating in several industrial sectors. Driven by a strategy of continuous growth and modernization, the group is investing in the evolution of its information systems to support its performance, integration, and digitalization challenges. Your first year will be marked by leading structuring projects, optimizing business processes, and contributing to the medium- and long-term IT roadmap. Contract: Permanent, full-time (initially scheduled) Location: Casablanca, Lissasfa Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package: Health insurance, CIMR pension fund. Your mission: Reporting to the CIO, your missions will be as follows: Business IS Management: Contribute to the optimization of business processes, data, applications and associated systems; Formalize, maintain and develop the business information system map; Promote IS mapping as a decision-making and performance improvement tool; Participate in the development and evolution of the information systems master plan; Administer and ensure the consistency of the business IS repository. Project Management Assistance: Support business units in the analysis and formalization of their needs; Write detailed functional specifications and ensure their validation; Advise users on best organizational and functional practices; Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual project portfolio; Support business units in the implementation and adoption of deployed solutions. ERP Project Management: Manage the entire cycle of ERP and application project lifecycle: Organize, coordinate, and lead internal and external project teams; Define schedules, monitor deliverables, and ensure commitments are met; Make decisions based on risk, cost, time, and quality constraints; Supervise testing, deployment, and change management phases; Ensure reporting and communication with stakeholders; Provide user support and skills development; Organize skills transfer to business teams; Structure functional administration and data management procedures; Implement user training and support programs; Strengthen team autonomy to guarantee service continuity and solution sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or engineering.You have a proven track record of at least 6 years in managing ERP projects or information systems transformation, acquired within complex industrial environments or consulting firms working with major clients. Technical Skills: Proven experience in ERP and business information systems project management; Mastery of project management methodologies: V-model, Agile, or hybrid; Solid understanding of industrial business processes and the challenges of digital transformation; Experience in project management support and writing functional specifications; Knowledge of the principles of information systems architecture, mapping, and governance; Mastery of project management, reporting, and risk management tools; Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
