Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP/ERP Management

  • Coordinate SAP support, maintenance and upgrade activities

  • Monitor incidents, changes and requests via ticketing tools

  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs/OLAs and user satisfaction

  • Define, document and improve SAP procedures

Delivery & business alignment

  • Working closely with the tradespeople to understand their functional needs

  • Ensure that SAP solutions effectively support business processes

  • Collaborating with architects, project managers and HO IT

  • Identify, anticipate and mitigate operational risks and obstacles

IT Integration & Environment

  • Oversee SAP integrations with other company systems

  • Ensuring the consistency of application flows and architectures

  • Anticipating the risks associated with inter-system dependencies

Management & Leadership

  • Managing internal and external SAP teams

  • Ensuring performance, commitment and skills development

  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and support of talent

  • Implement individual development plans

  • To foster a climate of collaboration and accountability

Governance & Reporting

  • Manage SAP budgets (CAPEX / OPEX)

  • Analyze operational and managerial KPIs

  • Produce regular reports for management and committees

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and governance standards

Contribute to the long-term ERP vision, particularly around SAP S/4HANA

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & training

Senior profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in an ERP/SAP environment or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
Experience in complex, integrated and international environments
Proven experience in managing service providers/vendors
University degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
Technical skills
Good functional proficiency with SAP
Comprehensive understanding of ERP ecosystems
Delivery management and performance monitoring
Proficiency in ITSM tools (GLPI, JIRA or equivalent)
Interest in or exposure to SAP S/4HANA

LANGUAGES
English: minimum level B2 (required)

Ability to simplify complex technical subjects
