Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support to SAP end users, with a primary focus on Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
  • Configure and customize PP and MM modules to address business requirements, optimize supply chain and production processes, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between PP, MM and other modules such as QM and WM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, escalating complex cases to consultants when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Develop and design reports, layouts, and system outputs that support business decision-making.
  • Monitor SAP mail notifications and act promptly to maintain system efficiency and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP support, with proven expertise in PP and MM modules.
  • Knowledge of QM and WM modules is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Background in Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Residency in 6th of October City or nearby areas is an advantage.
