Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementing, customizing, and supporting the Odoo ERP system
  • Developing software solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet the organization’s operational and business needs
  • Translating business requirements into scalable system solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong technical experience in Odoo (functional + development)

  • Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

  • Good understanding of ERP workflows (finance, inventory, procurement, HR, etc.)

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work with cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Willing to commute to Samail on a daily basis


Job Summary:

The ERP Specialist is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the Odoo ERP system, in addition to developing software solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet the organization’s operational and business needs. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
