Roles & Responsibilities


To oversee the customization, and ongoing administration of the ePROMIS ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with company operations and alignment with the needs of various departments. This role serves as the key liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and the IT function to ensure the ERP platform aligns with business needs and drives operational efficiency across.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ePROMIS ERP implementation: including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, Payroll) to customize modules and workflows as per operational needs.
  • Coordinate with the ePROMIS vendor/consultants to address configuration requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Serve as the main system administrator for ePROMIS: create roles, manage permissions, and ensure data security protocols.
  • Support and train end-users on system functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct data migration and ensure accurate transfer of legacy system records into ePROMIS.
  • Monitor system utilization and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation of implemented workflows, settings, customizations, and training guides.
  • Perform periodic system audits and generate reports to monitor accuracy, usage, and performance.
  • Act as the bridge between IT, operations, and third-party support for any ERP-related enhancements or issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, preferably in a contracting or construction industry.
  • Proven experience working with ERP platforms (ePROMIS, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as Procurement, Payroll, HR, Project Costing, Asset Management, and Document Control within ePROMIS.
  • Experience in managing ERP rollouts, system upgrades, and user training.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ERP tasks simultaneously.
