Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution for end-users.
  • Monitor system integrations and data flows between the ERP and other business applications.
  • Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and user guides.
  • Train staff on ERP functionalities, best practices, and new features to maximize system utilization.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Generate and customize reports to support management decision-making and operational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Experience in ERP configuration, administration, and user support.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
