Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
LavaLoon is looking for a motivated ERP Support Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on experience with ERPNext and business process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and implementing ERPNext.
- Support users and provide basic training.
- Help gather and document client requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
- Participate in testing, quality checks, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team and stay updated on ERPNext features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, business information systems, accounting, or related fields.
- 0 2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome).
- Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Eager to learn, detail oriented, and a good team player.
