Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP System Implementer to join our team and play a key role in the successful deployment and support of our ERP solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for technology-driven transformation.

Job Description:

As an ERP System Implementer, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the full ERP implementation cycle: requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, training, testing, and go-live support.
  • Analyzing client business processes to provide tailored ERP solutions that meet their operational needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and operations to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Conducting user training and preparing system documentation.
  • Providing ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinating with the technical team for customization and integrations when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Accounting background is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) with ERP systems (implementation or end-user level).
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and inventory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client environments.
