Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues related to vehicle performance and safety
Creating safety documentation to managing fault injection testing and communicating with stakeholders
Identifying potential errors, defects, or deviations from product and service standards
Investigating the root causes of failures to understand the underlying issues
Collaborating with teams to develop and implement corrective actions to resolve identified errors
Creating and maintaining documentation related to error management, including safety documentation, test plans, and lessons learned
Communicating with various stakeholders, including management, engineering teams, and clients, regarding errors and resolutions
Creating and executing test plans to validate safety mechanisms and ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Continuously reviewing and improving error management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Utilizing various tools and software for managing errors, such as ticket management systems
Must have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Working experience in IT 3 years min.
Test Management/Execution experience.
Knowledge in Jira / Confluence administration
Understanding of Error Management strategies (Prevention, Detection, Handling).
Fault Injection Testing (handle errors under various conditions)
Good understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model, Agile)
Good understanding of Requirement Management
Customer-centric mindset
Nice to have
Big plus
working experience with CodeBeamer
Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains
Experience working with WVAG specific tools like KPM
