Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to all customer inquiries through various channels (phone, chat, email, and any others that may be developed) in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct thorough analyses of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and responses in accordance with established procedures. Utilize appropriate systems and available resources as needed to help answer each inquiry.
To support and inform all internal and external clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Participate in meetings with different departments to contribute to the team, domain, or center.
Carry out any additional tasks that may be required.

It's good to have
University degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Good command of Spanish. At least one year of experience in customer service.
Previous experience in multichannel customer service preferred.
Ability to provide excellent customer service while performing other tasks.
Experience in graphic design or with image design software is valued.
