Our newest opportunity is for a talented ESG Analyst to join our award-winning team based in our office in Amman, Jordan. In this client-facing role, you will support the delivery of ESG and sustainability advisory projects across a diverse range of sectors.

You ll be responsible for conducting research, analysing ESG risks and opportunities, preparing client deliverables, and contributing to the development of tailored ESG strategies and disclosures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a tangible impact by helping clients meet their ESG goals and regulatory requirements.

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Assist in delivering ESG and sustainability projects for clients, including ESG assessments, strategy development, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
  • Conduct ESG risk and materiality assessments across various industries.
  • Support the development of ESG roadmaps, frameworks, and client-specific recommendations.
  • Conduct research on ESG regulations, standards, trends, and peer best practices.
  • Analyse ESG data and sustainability disclosures to support client benchmarking and gap analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures in line with frameworks such as TCFD, CDP, GRI, SASB, CSRD, and SFDR.
  • Support the coordination of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to gather inputs and present research findings or project progress.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives, toolkits, and thought leadership content.
  • Stay current on evolving ESG issues, regulations, and market trends to inform client work.

Desired Candidate Profile

The following areas of strength will be seen in the successful candidate:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 3 years of experience in ESG or sustainability consulting, advisory, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with key ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., UNPRI, TCFD, CSRD, SDGs, GRI, SASB).
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing environments with a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ESG data tools or platforms is a plus.
  • A collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients advance their ESG ambitions.
