Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of specific workstreams within ESG and sustainability advisory projects across diverse sectors. You will conduct ESG analysis, develop recommendations, support client reporting, and contribute to the delivery of actionable strategies. The following areas of strength will be seen in the successful candidate:

Lead specific workstreams in ESG assessments, strategy development, and reporting projects.
Conduct materiality assessments, ESG risk analysis, and benchmarking studies.
Support development of ESG frameworks, policies, and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
Present findings and recommendations to clients under supervision from senior team members.
Perform in-depth research on ESG regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.
Analyse client ESG data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support integration of ESG considerations into client business processes and decision-making.
Contribute to ESG reports aligned with frameworks such as TCFD, CDP, GRI, SASB, CSRD, SFDR, and SBTi.
Support client reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regulatory and voluntary standards.
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
Contribute to internal ESG toolkits, templates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations, standards, and trends

Qualifications
Lead specific workstreams in ESG assessments, strategy development, and reporting projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in ESG or sustainability advisory, consulting, or related roles.
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Confidence in client-facing environments and ability to manage small workstreams independently.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ESG data platforms.
Collaborative mindset and passion for helping clients achieve ESG goals.
