Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans based on CELTA-aligned methodologies.
  • Design and create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that support lesson objectives.
  • Ensure all materials are interactive, student-centered, and aligned with curriculum learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to maintain content quality and cohesion across lessons.
  • Revise and adapt materials based on feedback from academic and quality assurance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • CELTA certification (minimum requirement).
  • Experience as an ESL Teacher or Lesson Designer, preferably within CELTA-based frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong ability to create visually appealing and pedagogically sound teaching content.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
