Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Estate Fleet In-Charge to oversee the management, maintenance, and operations of a premium vehicle fleet. The role involves handling high-value and classic cars, ensuring top-tier upkeep, and coordinating all fleet-related activities efficiently.

  1. Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including luxury and classic cars

  2. Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and inspections with external workshops

  3. Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and housekeeping

  4. Develop and enforce fleet maintenance schedules and protocols

  5. Monitor vehicle performance and ensure operational readiness at all times

  6. Oversee safe and compliant cross-border transportation of vehicles

  7. Maintain detailed records of servicing, repairs, and vehicle history

  8. Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in fleet management or automotive operations

  2. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices

  3. Experience handling high-value or classic vehicles is highly preferred

  4. Proven ability to coordinate with service providers and workshops

  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  7. Familiarity with cross-border logistics and transportation regulations is an advantage

  8. Qualification -Graduation(automotive)
