Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in estimation and costing.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market prices.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Excel, CostX) is preferred.
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
