Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and scope, facilitating accurate estimation of resources and timelines.
  • Research and evaluate labor, material, and overhead costs by consulting historical data and industry benchmarks to enhance estimation reliability.
  • Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to create comprehensive cost models, improving efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.

  • Certifications in the related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years UAE experience in construction estimation or project management is required for effective performance.

  • Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry is essential, with specific knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical estimation.
