Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering activities for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in pricing, quantity take-offs, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs

• Prepare cost estimates for:

  • Road and infrastructure works

  • Pipeline and utility projects

  • Earthworks, excavation, and backfilling

  • Material supply and transportation services

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Assist in preparing tender submissions and documentation

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

• Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain estimation records and cost databases

• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• UAE MOE Equivalency Certificate is mandatory

• 4–7 years of UAE experience in construction/contracting companies

• Strong experience in infrastructure and civil works estimation

• Knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers

• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADNOC or government projects

• Familiarity with tendering procedures in Abu Dhabi

• UAE driving license (preferred)
