Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Interior fit out) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, supplier coordination, and contractor pricing comparisons.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons
Manage project budgets, variations, and cost reporting
Assist in contract administration and claims preparation
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for pricing and materials
Knowledge of materials and MEP detailing
Desired Candidate Profile
