Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in cost estimation or project management.
• Proficiency with estimation software such as CostX, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate project evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in estimation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
