Roles & Responsibilities
Estimation Engineer – Fit-Out & FF&E
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
About the Company:A growing fit-out and FF&E contracting company based in Riyadh, specialized in interior fit-out works, villas, offices, and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities:•
Study architectural, ID, and MEP drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates for fit-out, finishes, joinery, loose furniture, and MEP related works.
• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and projects teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Support in value engineering and cost optimization.Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Estimation Engineer in Fit-Out / Interior / FF&E / Villas in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of local materials, suppliers, and market prices in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent skills in Excel, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-off from drawings.
• Good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred:
• Experience with villas, clinics, banks, and office fit-out projects.
• Previous experience in Riyadh market.
