Key Responsibilities:

Review project scope, technical drawings, and specifications specific to oil & gas facilities.
Perform quantity take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, and services.
Source and analyze market prices, vendor quotes, and subcontractor bids.
Develop comprehensive bid packages and risk assessments.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to refine estimates.
Maintain estimation databases and historical data relevant to oil & gas projects.
Support bid clarifications and negotiations.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: More than 10 years in estimation for oil & gas EPC or construction projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
Skills: Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX, or equivalent).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil & gas project costs, regional market rates, and industry standards.
Additional: Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
