Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for fit-out projects.
Review and interpret design/technical drawings; perform quantities take-off.
Execute cost control: track commitments, monitor project expenditures, and flag variances.
Evaluate material specifications and suppliers, especially for fit-out & finishes.
Support value engineering and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to align scope, schedule, and budgets.
Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender analyses.
Maintain estimating databases, pricing libraries, and historical cost records.

Requirements :

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficient in AutoCAD and PlanSwift (or similar take-off tools).
Strong analytical and numerical abilities with advanced Excel skills.
Solid knowledge of cost estimation, QS processes, and cost control.
Demonstrated understanding of fit-out works and finishing materials.
Clear communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
