Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for E-House / Modular building projects.

  • Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing.

  • Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.

  • Perform material take-offs for steel structures, electrical systems, HVAC, panels, and accessories.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

  • Support value engineering and cost optimization.



    Preferred


  • Experience in oil & gas / power / industrial projects.

  • Familiarity with tendering procedures and EPC projects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / civil engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in E-House, modular buildings, or containerized solutions.

  • Knowledge of steel structures, electrical equipment rooms, and modular construction.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

  • Strong skills in Excel and estimation tools.
