Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistent quality in all estimations.
- Develop and implement standardized estimation processes and tools, enhancing accuracy and efficiency across all projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost overruns, providing proactive solutions to mitigate financial exposure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Contracting, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or similar, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimating, showcasing practical expertise and project familiarity.
Exhibits proven experience within the [Construction/Contracting/Engineering] industry, allowing for relevant contextual understanding.
