Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive project cost estimates in line with specifications and client requirements.
Analyze historical data and market trends to improve the accuracy of cost projections.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather inputs and ensure effective coordination.
Develop and maintain a centralized database of cost estimates, benchmarks, and resources for future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong hands-on experience in warehouse and industrial projects.
Proficiency in estimation and planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and other cost estimation software.
